Important Notes

When a felony or misdemeanor case is filed with Harris County and the defendant has not yet been arrested, that record will not display in this system until 48 hours after the warrant is signed or until the defendant is arrested, whichever comes first.

When viewing records about a person, click on the column labeled CON (connection code) to determine how that person is connected to the case.  The person could be a judge, defense attorney, witness, defendant, bond surety, etc.

The disposition is the outcome of the case.

Positive identification can only be made by comparing fingerprints.

If an individual wishes to dispute the results of an inquiry, he/she must contact the Harris County Sheriff's Office.
